This Northern Cardinal (Cardinalis cardinalis) was seen near Tucson, Arizona as it landed among desert rocks and boulders on a piece of wood. While not rare, these pretty red and black songbirds are not common either, so it was a special treat to spot this one in flight with his wings and feet outstretched as he prepares to land. Tashkupro is a small village in the northern part of Turkey. It is located in the top of Tashkupro mountain which is almost 7600 ft altitude. The meeting of this village name is " The Rock Bridge " . This bridge is 1500 years old.

It is a way of smoking tobacco through a bowl with a hose or tube joined on. The tube has a mouthpiece that the smoker uses to breath in the smoke.

Inspired by the movie of THE BLACK STALLION, an American adventure film based on the 1941 classic children's novel of the same name by Walter Farley. The film starts in 1946, five years after the book was published. It tells the story of Alec Ramsey, who is shipwrecked on a deserted island with a wild Arabian stallion whom he befriends. After being rescued, they are set on entering a race challenging two champion horses.

The Arthur J. Ravenel Jr. Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge over the Cooper River in South Carolina, connecting downtown Historic Charleston to the Mount Pleasant area. In our recent visit to Mount Pleasant, we had the pleasure of seeing a glorious sunset over the Ravenel Bridge. This photograph was taken at twilight, not long after the sun had gone down. Memories abound!
