I created this "doodle" drawing while listening to Joe Dispenza's Audio book "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself". I recommend it to everyone. This word, Change, has so much meaning for all of us. It is amazing how powerful this word can be, but also daunting. Changing oneself is not an easy task, but possible. So, I created this drawing to remind myself to choose new paths, new ways, and new thoughts. It has serve me well, so I am sharing it with you. :) Happy Changing!!!
